It's really a shame the communication was so difficult, because we wanted to place an order for this product because of the quality I received very short curt replies and I always had to send a reminder to please respond to my message. When my last question, pre-sale, was only answered partly, we had no faith that after-sale communication would be better. We went with a different model. Perhaps in the futue when we want to add more models, and communication has improved, we would like to try again.
